Posted in another thread, but here it is again. To summarize my 2O11 weight-loss, I was all the way up to 333 in February, which tied an alltime high for me Embarassed And, to add to the Embarassed feelings, I was too embarassed to admit that on Turk's and lied about my weight on last year's weight loss thread! I had a few fluctuations even after I decided to change things, but I ended up weighing in this morning at 3O9.

I generally lose weight slowly, so I hope this goal isn't too out of whack, but I'm hoping to be 25O by Illinois College's Homecoming which should be about mid-October.

225... again...

Already Vegan and the whole nine... but I stopped working out when the P90 hurt my shoulder and knee.

Going to start running again, and may slip back into the P90 if the shoulder ever comes back... but it still hurts when I rotate it.

Haven't weighed in a while. I was pretty thin back in August, training for the Chicago Triathlon, but I know I've gained some back. I think I'm 205+, but will weigh in tomorrow or Tuesday when I get back to IL.

I hit the pool hard last year and logged exactly 100 miles swimming in 2011. Ran 200-some miles, biked 300+ miles, and put 400 miles on horseback. I think the 500+ beers is what killed me tho.....

i was up to a personal high of 242. i have been down to 220 2x this year but havent maintained. have been going to a gym though for a month and doing alot of cardio, but gaining weight which tells me im eating real real bad. am currently sick and shedding weight like no other. not even throwing it up, just no appetite.

my goal would be 200. I havent been under 200 since prob 06, when i lost an even 50 in this contest.

I am going to join in this year.

Daughter is getting married on Labor Day weekend.

Would like to lose 25 pounds or so by then. Don't want my daughter to say "that fat guy over there is my dad". Usually she says "that stupid guy over there is my dad" and my goal is to get back to stupid.

I remember 5 years ago when this first started, I weighed in at 168.

This morning I weighed in at 170, but took a dump and went back down to 168

Don't worry gentlemen, my metabolism will slow down here pretty soon. If this board is still running in 20 years, I plan on being at least 300 by that time so I'll join you chaps then

Weighed in this morning: 207

Hit the pool at 4:30am for a mile swim. 2012 goal is to swim 200 miles. With work travel and TN time, that means I'll need to be in the water 5 days a week. If you have access to a pool, it's a great way to work out. Don't say you can't, because last year at this time I couldn't swim 50 yards. Literally, COULD NOT go 50 yards. Plus, you can do it every day... it doesn't beat you up like running, or require rest days like lifting.

Gonna hit the "modified Adkins" again this month, it seemed to work well for me this summer. Plus, I LOVE bacon and eggs, and on Adkins that's a natural breakfast. The gal behind the grill in our cafeteria sees me coming in at 6:30 and starts scrambling eggs with just a nod. Ranch dressing on a lettuce salad for lunch, a couple Adkins bars at 9:00 and 1:00 to carry me thru.... dinner is my challenge, as Mrs BW brings home whatever leftovers she's fed her doctors that day.... usually pizza or lasagna or other bad stuff.

Biggest Loser starts tonight!

Ok, pretty good first week.

Swam a mile before work Tuesday & Thursday. Pretty solid Adkins all week until Friday nite's Mexican, but I didn't overdo it. No beer, which is key for me.

Did a mini-tri this morning: swam 1.5 miles, biked 1.5 miles, ran 1.5 miles.. weighed in at 203.

I'll take it.

where are you swimming? Five Points in Washington
and where's my little love muffin getting all her italian food? Mike's Italian Feast in Washington... it's awesome
when is your last meal of the day? I eat something when I get home from work at 3, then I eat again when Mrs BW gets home from aerobics at 7:15
what time are you going to bed? I try to be horizontal (couch, bed, whatever) by 8. I usually fall asleep between 9 and 11, depending on how good the book I'm reading is...
