We have a bench, a couple barbells, about 600lbs in iron weights and a weight tree, and a squat rack with a pull-up bar. Also have a Spud strap so we can do kettlebell swings and a landmine attachment. Also have a 4'x6' platform with a rubber surface.

What other home gym equipment would you consider "essential". Nothing fancy. We squat, bench, and dead lift and do accessories for each. …

Sweet Jesus this thing is being overblown.

I mean, it is rather insensitive too considering the wounds from the devastation of the swine flu are under a decade old.

Anyone looking for some competition for homebound athletes? The Good Athlete Project is hosting a national online powerlifting competition. There are several divisions available and the registration is cheap and easy. Best part is that the submission window will stay open throughout the shutdowns.
