End of football to Dec 31 is usually my worst period. Oddly enough, January to April is usually my best weight loss period.

187 the other day. 13% body fat bummed me out a little bit though.

260 yesterday morning out of bed. 256 after my run. Christmas has been far too kind to me. Haven't really fallen off the wagon diet wise, in fact it's about the best I've been diet wise, I just think what and when I've eaten has messed me up. That combined with not as much to do has packed on a few pounds.

Short term goal is to get back to regularly weighing 255 every morning.

I would like to think I did Christmas Break absolutely right this year--I drank more than normal including celebrating NYE for the first time in literally ten years and I still managed to be a couple pounds down!

Overall, I'm doing pretty well and entered a weight loss challenge competition we are doing at our school. My team includes my HC who is a very large guy and therefore should be able to lose weight quickly and two good-looking women so I've got that going for me!

I'm not sure what the last number I posted on this thread was and I'm too lazy to look, but I think it was around 280 as I gained a little bit during football season. I'm back down to 272, which puts me down 63 pounds since December of 2014. My renewed focus on weight lifting is helping too. I've only gone down 4 pounds in the last month or so, but I can tell my clothes have really started fitting better in that time as well.

199.6 last week in Florida. Actually lost weight on vacation, a first.

I've given up canned and bottled beer. Draft beer only, which means NO BEER in my home county. But when I go to Nashville or Asheville or elsewhere I can still enjoy a fine IPA. Seems to be working. Down 15 pounds in January. Shooting for 10 more in February.

Less than a pound on this week's weigh-in to get to 268.6...although the last two days have been BAD so I would be above that now. Let myself slip a bit because I'm starting another Advocare Challenge tomorrow and I have to be pretty strict on those.

Made it to 267.4 with yesterday's weigh-in for the weight-loss competition I'm in. And, with no plans this weekend, hopefully I'm not starting over that come Monday!

196.6 after a 3 mile slog in 24 degree weather. It's getting better though. I only walk on the uphill parts. Down almost 20 pounds since Jan 1.

Prolly not gonna make my goal of 190 by the end of the month when we go to Playa del Carmen.

Idk what I weighed this morning, but my 6 mile run through Allerton in Monticello was a chilly one.  Made it in 1 hour flat though in the 8 degree without wind chill weather.  Not as far as I normally go on Saturday but with the hills I figure it was probably a better workout. Fit bit said I climbed 27 flights of stairs afterwards.

Weighed 258 Friday morning.  Would like to be 5lbs lighter, but with the weather chilly no one really sees a difference.  Deadlifted 415 5 times Thurs and squatted the same Monday 5 times.  Bench is stuck around 310 the last 5 reps as my shoulder is kinda screwed up. Inclining feels better so hopefully it's coming around.

Head Bronco wrote:252.0 this morning after running.  254 before.  Both new lows for me.  Down 3 notches on my belt from the start of school.

Squatted 365 3 sets of 5 yesterday.  Did 375 for 3 reps last week.  Inclined 225 my last 5 reps yesterday.  Benched 285 last 5 reps last week.

Very pleased all around.
Quoted this from about a year ago for comparison's sake.

Weighed 257 this morning after my run.  Little heavier than I'd like, but I think the lifting increases could have something to do with it-
Squat- 415 for 5 reps yesterday (365 is my warm up set now)
Incline- 255 for 5 reps yesterday (I start at 235 now)
Bench- 315 for 5 reps last Wed
DL- 435 for 5 reps last Thurs
Front Squat- 310 for 5 reps Sunday (at one point in the past couple years I was doing 185)

I'd like to weigh under 255, but as long as I can wake up routinely under 260 and still throw around a lot of weight, I'll be satisfied.

266.8 at my last weigh-in. The weight lifting is coming along but I still have a long way to go. I ended my heavy chest day over the weekend by doing 225 3 times and that's the heaviest I've been able to go in a while.

For the most part, I'm holding steady. I actually weighed up a couple pounds for last week's weigh-in but back down 266 even for today's.

I wouldn't recommend this method, but after 7 days of flu which turned into pneumonia, I'm down to 194 lbs.

I've made it down to 265 even. Hoping to push myself hard to get 260 by the 1st as that's the last weigh-in for our contest. That would be picking up the pace immensely though considering how long it took me to get the last five pounds off.

262 out of bed this morning.  Not real pleased about the 7 or so pounds I've picked up since the end of football, but I wonder if it isn't muscle.  Lifts all continue to go up, except oddly enough, squat.  I don't really get that either.

Squat- 425 for 3
Incline- 275 for 5
Bench- 335 for 5
DL- 450 for 5
Front Squat- 320

Don't really get why the lower body lifts are sort of lagging behind.  Except for DL.
