2021-22 Head Coaching Changes

We start camp tomorrow. In 2015 we started camp with only 3 coaches for all 3 levels and did not have an HC, who was already on staff until the following week.

I am sure many of these jobs are spoken for but just waiting board approvals to become official.

On another note, how many of you don't have your reconditioned equipment back yet? I guess there is a huge backlog with Riddell.

It's funny you post that coach...we haven't gotten our stuff back yet either. Shoulder Pads are done, but helmets may be another week at least...and we have a Schutt factory in town for crying out loud...they can't find people to work is what I've heard about Schutt.

a lot of teams haven't gotten their helmets back.

we had a few practices in june and a 7on7 at rochester. we played lutheran north and peoria.

team camp will start next week for us. it will be for 10 days plus a trip to mccracken county for a 7on7.

Luckily we finished a week earlier in our conference and we shipped our stuff out the following Monday and got it all back in late May. Other schools in our conference still don't have their stuff back.

Looks like El Paso hired Tanner Benedict looks like a former player just 5 years ago.

Pontiac also made a hire last night naming Johnny Johnson new HC. He was at U-High last year. Not sure why the old coach resigned.

That it is and he's a good coach that could accomplish great success if he would stay put. But he does a great job with the Chiefpigskin stuff.

Kuchefski is now coaching at his alma mater, Illinois Wesleyan
