gas prices

$2.35 in Keokuk, IA, but I haven't looked in a while--going through a rut now where I literally don't drive anywhere but school and back to my house.

I drove my son's car to him in Norman, Oklahoma Friday. Thursday, gas at Thorntons on Wabash was $1.99. Gas in Missouri Friday was $2.19 and tonight in Norman was $2.19. This is the first time I ever paid more for gas in Missouri than Illinois (especially Springfield).

$1.51 tonight at Kroger after the card discount.

Two weeks ago we drove to Norman and watched Heath's first collegiate meet. Last weekend we drove to watch him run at the University of Nebraska. The Bob Devaney Athletic Complex is something else. All of Nebraska's athletic facilities are primo. I have seen many different college athletic facilities in the last year and half that put what they have at Illinois to shame.

got gas in stl sunday afternoon for $2.19. driving back through jacksonville i saw that quick-n-ez and loves truck stop were having gas wars. topped of my tank at $1.69!!!!

I filled up at 1.71 with my Kroger's card. .40 off the regular 2.11.

$2.35 in Albia, Iowa on Friday, $2.31 in Colfax, Iowa (on I80 east of Des Moines) on Saturday. Rode on fumes from Lincoln and gassed up at the Loves in Williamsville, Saturday night which is usually cheaper than Springfield. It was $2.35.

Thursday in Springfield at Thorntons - $2.39, going across Missouri it was $2.15, in the Nations (I feel like Josey Wales) it was $2.10, in Norman, Oklahoma Thursday night and today - $1.96.

Unless prices have changed in Keokuk the last couple days, we've been at $2.27 with no change for several weeks now.
