Man, I really let myself go there for a while.... came back from a wedding in IL last Sunday (fast food on the drive home, all that bad stuff) and weighed 205.8 Monday morning. That's 30 lbs up from when I went to England last summer.

So, I've read about this 4-Hour Body plan, but never really tried it cuz with my schedule it was hard to cook breakfast, etc. I re-read the critical chapters, and started on it Monday.

Monday 205.8 - Did a 15 minute kettlebell routine, had 2 scarmbled eggs, half a can of refried bean & salsa for breakfast. Chicken breast, beans & salsa for lunch, salad for dinner
Tuesday 199.8 - Ran 3 miles, sweated out alot of the water weight I was carrying, ate alot of beans and eggs.
Wednesday 199.8 - Unloaded 3000 pounds of fertilizer & seed. Ate the same stuff
Thursday 197 - Ran 3 miles, ate 4-Hr Body style
Friday 197.2 - 15 minute kettlebell, 5 hr horseback ride, had Mexican out (fajitas, no tortillas)
Saturday 196 - Ran 3 miles

Tonite is my Cheat Day (OktoberFest) and I'm sure I'll bounce back up a little Monday, but it's surprising how I don't feel that hungry (protein helps). Looking to get back to 185 lbs quickest, and 175 by Thanksgiving.

Not going to meet my goal for IC Homecoming next weekend...but I should be around 260 so still not much progress this calendar year, but 75 pounds below my high. Will post an exact weight Friday of this week.

Second week of the "4 Hour Body" Diet. So far so good. Haven't been hungry, haven't really started farting (more than normal, anyway). Was only able to get one run in this week, and no kettlebell workouts, but I slung 3000 pounds of fertilizer and seed, so I guess that's ok.

Starting Wgt (Sept 30) - 205.8
Wgt this morning, post run - 193

Time for me to get back after it.  I'm moving in the wrong direction so you may catch me here soon!  I didn't have a good week last week and then a horrible weekend with partaking in IC Homecoming activities, so I'm going to stick with being 260"ish", although the truth is probably closer to 270 at this point...

277 this morning after the run. Weighed 278 yesterday morning straight out of bed. Probably could have been under 275 this morning if I hadn't done absolutely nothing yesterday.

Just back from a weekend in the Smokies. 4-Hour Body was tough to stick to.. didn't drink any beer. We'll have a run tomorrow, then back on the system.

275 this morning after the 5k me and my wife set up to run by house.  Weighed 277 when I woke up.  Ran it in 31 mins.  First mile was under 9 mins, but that wind on the way back was a killer.

Down from 307 in January and around 301 as recently as the start of two a days.  Going to try harder to keep it off this winter. Wife has lost around 20lbs too.

Still lifting the same weight- squat 275 3 sets of 5 twice a week, bench 245 3x5, incline 185 3x5.  Mixing in some cross fit stuff at the end of lifting with the wife on Mon and Wed.  Fridays I do a variation of one I got from moxy- Front squat 50% of max 2 reps, incline or bench 2 reps 50%, cleans 2 reps 50% and 10 sit ups.  Repeat for 8 rounds.  Usually takes me about 9-10 mins.  Just a little stretching cardio type thing for game days.  Run Tues, Thurs and usually Sunday, but we'll probably have staff meetings tomorrow morning so we did it today.

188.4 this morning after a 40 minute ellip session. That's 17.4 pounds in about 30 days using the 4-hour Body plan. I think I worked out about 60 minutes per week, max (hence the "4-Hours" part) and the eating was pretty easy. I never felt hungry or had any cravings. Jamming a ton of protein in at breakfast seems to click over your metabolism somehow...

I think I'll extend my "cheat day" into a cheat weekend and start back again on Monday. Still would like to get back to 175-ish...

I knew the the last 5-6 weeks had been bad on me, but I did finally weigh-in today...and back up to 275...I'm not too upset as I'm still 60 pounds below my alltime high, but definitely time to get back after it!

Started a healthier kick about a week ago. Checked my weight then & was 234. Want to get down to 205 by end of the year. I wrestled 177 in college & my off-season weight during that time was 205.

You guys are gonna hate me. I started a new diet, I have put on a few pounds but my waistline is actually getting smaller. Probably closer to a 32 now than a 34.

Kids were in for Thxgvg week, so I drank a lot of beer and ate really bad... I was 202 on Monday after they left. Re-started 4-Hour Body and dropped 9 pretty fast this week. At 193 this morning after 3 miles on the elliptical.

Started my stricter diet routine heading into the Christmas holiday. I always get after the diet heavy going into the holiday. It never made sense to me to wait until January 1st like so many folks do.

Dropped down to my pre-Thanksgiving weight. Now, I just need to drop another 10 or so to be back to my summer weight.

I'm still heavier than I was at the beginning of the year, unfortunately, but I've actually dropped 8 pounds since the start of November. I've learned the hard way how much damage you can do to yourself in just a couple months, so I too actually push it harder with my exercise over the holidays and really the winter months in general.

Just re-read all of my posts in this thread over the last year and kind of embarrassing really. I put "time to get back after it" after almost every one and that never really happened. I'm starting 2014 at 275 pounds, which means I've gained ten pounds since this time last year. I had a lot of fluctuation this calendar year as I believe I got as low as 255 at one point and as high as 283 at one point. 275 puts me down 60 pounds from my all time high of 335 back in February of 2011. Time to get back after it, I guess! Laughing

Weighed 280 this morning. Up 3-4 pounds from before Christmas, but still down 25+ from this time last year. I think I was weighing in the 300-310 neighborhood after Christmas last year.

My goal for the upcoming year is to regularly weigh under 275 and relatively frequently see the scale say 26something.
