229 this morning. Slowly, but surely. A lot slower going now that I am older.

My face is significantly thinner being three weeks off the sauce and eating healthy. Belly is too.

230 this morning after a careless day of eating earlier this week. Back on the wagon and resolved to have a good weekend diet-wise.

280 this morning. Having a somewhat difficult time of it this go around. The past two weeks have been pretty hectic with a bunch of stuff going on and I'm just flat exhausted. Lot of tired, careless eating lately.

Okay, I'll admit my weight now that I'm back under 300. A couple days ago, I weighed 296...I was back up to 314 January 2nd and truth be told, I was probably higher than that at some point over Christmas Break. Never again, will I cross the 300 mark!!

194.8 today. I was 195 in mid-Feb but spent a week in Punta Cana drinking and eating non-stop.... Looking to hit 190 by next weekend.

I made it to 293 before my trip to Florida a couple weeks ago...and have not made it to that number since! Working out has been good, but poor nutrition the last couple weeks. Trying to get back at that today.

Just realized it had been a while since I posted in here...I'm to the point where I don't weigh-in everyday and can keep focus without doing that, but my most recent weight was 283. And, while I didn't jog the entire distance, I completed a half-marathon today!
