We will see how it plays out in the conference. Definitely surprised by Streator being 2-0 and Herscher beating Rochelle. As I said, Herscher always tends to win a game they aren't supposed to and lose a game they aren't supposed to. Some great matchups this week to see how good some of these teams really are. Reed-Custer and Lisle won both week 1 and 2 games easily but I think this will be a great battle to see who of these two can be in the top tier of the conference. Coal City and Wilmington is one of the greatest rivalry's in the state and with CC coming off of a win against Mac and Wilmo rolling in at 2-0, this should be a great game. Peotone has a rivalry game with Manteno but should take care of business and Streator and Herscher has potential playoff implications. If Steator wins, they may have 2 more wins on their schedule to get to 5 and Herscher may also be able to muster up 3 more wins as well.

I just hope everybody gets to play every one of their games.

Wouldn't the conference be 13-3? 8 games each week, two losses by Manteno and one by Coal City... as far as playoffs, with 13 non-conference wins, 4 wins might sneak Streator or Herscher into the playoffs..
