I have said a couple of times in this thread that the NSC staff meet and come up with a list of proper responses to the murder of American soldiers and present those to the president. That sort of thing is way over my pay grade. That’s not to say it’s an unknown, it just isn’t known by accountants in the middle of Illinois. It’s also not the job of a failed casino owner to think up alternatives. It’s the President’s job to choose one from the list and execute it.
