USAW Level 1 Course

If anyone is interested in earning the USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coaching Certification, we will be hosting a class at Eastland High School in Lanark, Illinois on 8/5 & 8/6. The Level 1 course is the best way to learn how to teach, program, and troubleshoot the clean & jerk and the snatch.

The course instructor will be Tom Sroka who has coached many lifters and has competed internationally. He is currently the strength coach at Jones College Prep.
