Dusty's Proposal -

1. Changes the RPI/Power Ranking Formula to (Wins x .70) + (Opponent Wins ( x .25) + (Defeated Opponent Wins x .50)
2. Calculated the Average RPI for all 256 Qualifying Teams - the average was 25.87
3. RPI Over 35, team was bumped up 1 class
4. Teams who petitioned up were treated the same as any team in that class.

A total of 13 schools were bumped up to the next class, this in turn bumped down schools to create a full 32 team bracket.

Interesting. I personally think that if you are going to do an RPI type rating system, it should be weighted to account for teams that compete against larger schools. I realize this would be more of a pain. Just my two cents.
