Whatever it was, it was not threatening to the officer's well being.

Unless I knew for certain what he was doing I wouldn't speculate about his motives on the news or my twitter machine if I were President of the United States.

Well, Idk that there's a page in training that says "How to deal with crazy old bastards yelling at you approaching a line of officers trying to move people out of an area and casting magic spells over your chest and stomach with a cell phone".

Maybe in the defunding the smart people of Minneapolis can add it.

I think the real difference here is some people watch that video and it reconfirms their bias that the cops are assholes and others watch the video and wonder what that guy is doing.

i think SOME cops are assholes, SOME coaches are assholes, SOME teachers are assholes, etc.  and i also wonder what the old guy in buffalo was doing.
