Anyone looking for some competition for homebound athletes? The Good Athlete Project is hosting a national online powerlifting competition. There are several divisions available and the registration is cheap and easy. Best part is that the submission window will stay open throughout the shutdowns. So do you do your lifts in your own home or local gym and judges look at you on Zoom?

Well, not Zoom, but yes, that is basically the gist of it. You film your heaviest squat, bench, and dead lift and then officials will decide whether or not the lifts meet the judging standard.
