Senate Confirmation Hearing

Regardless of side of the political spectrum you reside in, can we all agree that this confirmation hearing is a freaking sideshow disaster?

All that lauding of McCain for his bipartisanship was nothing more than lip service.  Our "leaders" have become hopelessly polarized and are slaves to the sound bite and Tweet.

I'm leaning more and more towards Ron Swanson and Libertarianism.

I voted gary Johnson libertarian for the election, most would say its a wasted vote but when you don't believe in a duopoly then its not. I am mildly miffed he is running, and losing, for a senate seat in NM, a state where he had a very successful governorship. If he loses the election I think it will set libertarian back quite a bit, but if he wins shows some hope.
