Re: A Turk Newsletter?
The wife and I had Khal and his better half over for dinner a couple of weeks ago. I mentioned that it would be nice to see him back at Turk’s in order to spice it up.
You are welcome.
Especially you, Head Idiot.

Anything IS possible.

Re: A Turk Newsletter?
I say this in seriousness- let him back. I mean, no one posts anything anymore. Maybe he'll produce some discussion worthy content.
He was no worse, nor more insulting than some that have never been questioned here.

Asking him back is like hitting on the ugliest chick in the bar because you're desperate to get laid.
Go ahead and ask him back if you guys are longing for his erudite observations, crystal clear logic, and rapier wit. I'll just activate the ignore feature as soon as I see him.

I'm the same way. I honestly never saw anything from him that was any worse than what some others post.

I don't make nearly as much $$$ as I used to when I was working accounting M-F, plus mowing on the weekends...
But I enjoy the teaching a lot more, if I was smart I would have kept the mowing gig going... Overall, great choice for me at this point of my life..
I find it absolutely fascinating that after I believe 6 years, a few of the people here still get bent out of shape when my name is mentioned, much less bring my name up... Seriously?? Over smart ass comments in this fantasy world??? LOL
Others are correct, the things I said here are not any worse than what others that have been posting for years said..
And if anyone is expecting me to add spice to this place, I doubt it.. life has been so busy I don't get the chance to watch high school football a lot, spent most of my Fridays at Flanagan watching the kids I have in class.. been to two Herscher games and they are so down this year its been tough to get excited about..
To the normal people that don't take life too serious, hope life is going well... to the others, good look to the Ramblers and Cyclones this post season..

You would fall into the first category, despite what the Comet fans think

Don't say I didn't warn ya.
And here is one that falls into the latter category... boring and pompous come to mind, but takes all kind to make this world go around... we need people that take life and themselves WAAAAAAY too serious..

Re: A Turk Newsletter?
Welcome back HHSTiger!
I have a push lawnmower and I'm wondering how best to prepare it for the long cold winter being ignored in my garage.
Should I run it until the gas is all gone or do I put some product other than gas in the tank for the winter?
What about the oil? Do I just change that in the spring?
Are you watching any 8-man football?
